Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must arrive unused, undamaged, in their original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@islandgirlartbyrhean.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We request that you send pictures of the damaged item(s) and shipping material.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or cancelled after approval of digital proof. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When will my order ship?
Non-custom orders usually ship in 2-3 business days. Turnaround on custom orders varies, and will be confirmed at time of order.

How will my order ship?
We generally ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

To keep shipping costs reasonable, orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail without tracking. If you need tracking, please select Priority Mail at checkout!

How long will it take to arrive?
USPS shipping should take 2-8 days to arrive, based on your location and the shipping service chosen.
